• When you perform paste, copy or cut operations in the Application, we may read clipboard data to optimize user experience, such as automatic pasting or quick form filling based on the content.

1.2 Information Automatically and Passively Collected by the System

• Basic device information: device model, operating system version, unique device identifier, system language, device regional settings;

• Network access information: IP address, network type, access time, service access logs, network environment data;

• Application usage data: audio drama browsing records, playback history, playback duration, favorite content, download records, functional operation tracks, crash and error logs;

• Localized basic data: time zone, regional code (only used to adapt region-compliant content and services).

1.3 Explanation of Special Information

We will not actively collect sensitive permissions and privacy data such as location information, album, microphone and contacts. We may only obtain device storage permission with your voluntary authorization for caching audio content, and you may turn off the authorization in the device system at any time.

2. Purposes of Personal Information Use

We use your personal data only in accordance with the principles of legality, legitimacy and transparency, with the core purposes as follows:

2.1 Ensuring the Operation of Basic Services

To realize audio drama playback, content loading, work switching, content caching and stable service operation, and ensure the normal use of core functions of the Application.

2.2 Optimizing Product Experience

To optimize audio playback, adjust product function layout, fix program vulnerabilities, iterate version upgrades and improve your user experience.

2.3 Ensuring Compliance and Security

To prevent risks such as cracking and tampering, piracy dissemination, malicious attacks and illegal operations, safeguard platform content copyright and operation security, and comply with laws and regulations of various regions and platform launch specifications.

2.4 Customer Communication and After-sales Service

To reply to your email consultations, complaints and suggestions, handle problems you feedback, and provide necessary technical support.

2.5 Compliance Performance Requirements

To respond to statutory requirements such as government supervision, judicial investigation and statutory compliance reviews, and perform our legal obligations.

2.6 Anonymous Data Analysis

To conduct industry trend analysis after data desensitization and anonymization. Such data cannot be associated with individual users and is not restricted by privacy laws and regulations.

3. Information Storage and Cross-border Transmission

3.1 Storage Rules

Your personal data will be stored in encrypted compliant servers. We adopt multiple security measures including access permission restriction, data encryption and firewall protection, and only retain data necessary for service provision.

3.2 Cross-border Data Transmission

5.2 Minors under the legal age of majority must use the Application with the consent, supervision and guidance of their legal guardians. Guardians shall bear full responsibility for all usage behaviors and information security of minors.

5.3 We will not intentionally collect sensitive personal information of minors. Guardians may contact us via the customer service email to apply for inquiry and deletion of minor-related usage data.

We shall not be liable for data risks caused by user's own device vulnerabilities, network risks, third-party illegal intrusion, voluntary information leakage and illegal operations.

8. Policy Update and Revision

8.1 We may revise this Privacy Policy timely in accordance with global regulatory updates, business operation adjustments and compliance requirements. After the revision of this Policy, the effective date will be updated at the top of this Policy without separate individual notification to users.

8.2 The revised Privacy Policy shall take effect officially on the date of publication; your continued use of the Application services shall be deemed recognition of all revised clauses. If you do not accept the updated Policy, you must stop using the services immediately.

9. Governing Law for Disputes

9.1 This Policy shall be governed by the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. In case of conflicts between regulatory clauses, the higher standard of compliance requirements shall prevail.

9.2 Disputes arising from this Privacy Policy shall be settled through friendly negotiation on a priority basis; if negotiation fails to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court where the operating entity of the Application is located for litigation settlement.
