- Payment-related information: payment details submitted through designated in-app payment channels (such as Google Pay, Apple Pay) when purchasing VIP subscriptions or Coins packages, including payment account, transaction amount, payment time and unique payment order number.
1.2 Automatically Passively Collected System Data
- Basic device information: device model, operating system version, unique device identifier, system language and system time;
- Network access information: IP address, network type, access timestamp, service access logs and network environment data;
- In-app usage statistics: audio drama browsing logs, playback history, playback duration, favorite records, download logs, episode unlock records, functional operation trails and application crash logs; account login logs, login device information and login timestamps; VIP subscription records, Coins purchase/subscription history, Coins/Bonus income and expenditure logs; advertisement view records and ad-based episode unlock logs;
- Localization basic data: time zone and region code, solely used for regional compliance content adaptation, service configuration, payment rule setup and targeted advertisement display;
- Advertisement-related information: advertising identifier, ad impression and click statistics.
1.3 Special Information Disclaimer
- We do not proactively request sensitive permissions or private data including location information, album gallery access, microphone access or contact lists. Storage permission is only obtained upon your explicit authorization for audio content caching purposes, and you may revoke such permission anytime via your device’s system settings;
- Your VIP entitlement details and Coins/Bonus balances are encrypted and stored exclusively to guarantee normal service availability and shall never be disclosed to irrelevant third parties.

Mitigate risks including application cracking, pirated content distribution, malicious cyberattacks, unauthorized manipulation, account hijacking, fraudulent Coins/Bonus farming and illegitimate payment disputes; verify user identity and payment authenticity; safeguard platform copyright, operational security and standardized payment practices while complying with local legislation and app store listing policies worldwide.
2.4 Customer Service and After-Sales Support
Respond to your email-based inquiries, complaints and feedback, resolve reported issues and deliver required technical assistance.
2.5 Legal Compliance Obligations
Fulfill statutory legal duties by responding to government regulatory inspections, judicial investigations and mandatory legal reviews; process contractual matters including eligible VIP refunds and legitimate Coins/Bonus supplementary issuance.
2.6 Anonymized Data Analysis
Conduct industry trend research and product optimization analysis using fully desensitized and anonymized dataset which cannot be linked back to any individual user and is exempt from applicable privacy regulatory constraints.
